These terms cover the websites, games and software tools published by CGA Studio Games Ltd, Onteca Ltd and CGA Simulation Ltd ("we", "us"), including the Monsteca Social Publisher desktop tool.

1. Our games and tools

Our games are provided for your personal entertainment under the terms of the store they are purchased from. Our internal tools, including the Monsteca Social Publisher, are used only by our own staff to publish content to social media accounts that we own. They are not licensed, sold or made available to the public, and no third party may connect an account to them.

2. Content

All artwork, music, video, trademarks and other content in our games and in the material we publish on social media belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our public posts, but may not redistribute, sell or modify our content without written permission.

3. Social media platforms

Where our tools interact with TikTok, YouTube or Instagram, that activity is also subject to the terms of the respective platform and, for TikTok, the TikTok for Developers terms. If those terms conflict with this document, the platform terms prevail for activity on that platform.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access our tools or systems without authorisation, interfere with their operation, or use our content in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the platform on which it is published.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

Our websites, games and tools are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we give no warranty and accept no liability for any loss arising from their use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version at this address.
